Why most rounds fall apart when the season turns
Nearly every round we have seen is written down as the next visit. That works until the rain takes a week out, one garden goes to every ten days, and half the round drops to monthly in October. Now every date after that is wrong, and the round has to be written out again.
The fix is small and it changes everything: record the last cut, not the next one. The last cut is a fact — it either happened or it did not. The next one is arithmetic:
Next due = Last cut + Frequency (in days)
Weekly = 7 · Every ten days = 10 · Fortnightly = 14 · Monthly = 28
